Getting Your Questions Answered
This process can feel like a lot at first. These answers are here to help you feel more at ease.
-
I do not accept insurance directly. I’m an out-of-network provider. If your plan covers out-of-network care, you pay upfront, then submit a claim for possible reimbursement. Coverage may apply toward your deductible or be paid back directly. Reimbursement times vary. You can call your insurance and inquire about your out-of-network benefits to get a clearer picture of your coverage and reimbursement rates. You can also use the instant benefits checker on the homepage.
-
You can: submit claims yourself using a superbill I provide (free), or use a company I partner with called Mentaya to handle claims for a small fee. Note-full payment is due at time of service regardless of reimbursement, as your claim reimbursement is handled directly through your insurance.
