Professional Experience

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and hold a Master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy. I’ve had the honor of supporting clients since 2017, when I began my supervised training. I became fully licensed in California in 2022 and in Arkansas in 2025. Over the past several years, I’ve supported individuals and couples in a variety of settings, including private practice, community health, and church-based settings, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical, evidence-based strategies.

I’m a follower of Jesus, wife, mom, and human to my Dalmatian, Indy Anna Jenkins (yes, like Indiana Jones). I love kitchen dance parties, good food, and documentaries. I bring a friendly, supportive approach to counseling and aim to make sessions welcoming and helpful.

I became a counselor because I’m passionate about helping people make meaningful progress in their lives. Faith is central to who I am and shapes how I approach emotional, relational, and spiritual growth.
